If something arrives damaged or your order is wrong, email support@buycampingfuel.com within 30 days with a photo and your order number and we'll make it right with a replacement or a full refund.

Unopened canisters

Because fuel canisters are hazardous materials, return shipping is regulated. Contact us before sending anything back and we'll walk you through the options.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
